Séjour parfait!

Location petite anse

Hébergement bien placé, des propriétaires tellement gentils, avec un frigo garni de petites choses a notre arrivée. Logement conforme a l'annonce. Avons passé un très bon séjour, facile pour visiter la Martinique.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Aline et Georges , un fond de maison et un frigo prêt pour le petit déjeuner . Un grand appartement , un parking pour la voiture .De bons échanges avec Georges surtout car Aline était rapidement partie en Métropole pour rejoindre sa fille qui avait un heureux événement .Petite Anse est calme avec une promenade agréable et un restaurant Chez Fredo pour passer un bon moment .

Des vacances de rêve !

Séjour très agréable, appartement idéal pour 4 personnes,fonctionnel et entouré de colibris,anolis, poules et coqs. Aline et Georges aiment leur île et font partager cela en distillant anecdotes et conseils a la demande.petit village très calme...hormis les coqs créoles !

Le logement est très spacieux et propre. La terrasse nous a permis de vivre en extérieur comme nous l'aimons. Que de mieux que de prendre son petit déjeuner au réveil avec les colibris, les sucriers, et les rouges-gorges qui viennent vous saluer. Aline et Georges sont forts agréables et ont pris le temps de nous répondre aux nombreuses questions que nous avons posées sur la faune et la flore ainsi que la culture Martiniquaise. Latitans ou "La petite Anse" est un quartier des Anses d'Arlet beaucoup plus familial que ses voisins, nous avons tout de suite eu l'impression d'être "chez nous" Merci à Georges et Aline pour leur accueil

Excellentes vacances la maison est parfaite

La maison est identique à la description, nous avons énormément profité de la terrasse, nous aimons vivre à l'extérieur. Les pièces sont spacieuses, il y a du rangement ce qui est un plus car ce n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations et l'équipement de la cuisine est très bien. Aline et Georges sont très sympathiques, ils nous ont reçu avec le plus grand soin malgré l'heure très très tardive où nous sommes arrivés car notre avion avait 7 heures de retard La maison est située dans un charmant endroit et la plage est à deux pas. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et nous remercions encore nos hôtes pour ce très bon moment.

Excellentes vacances

Pour une première fois en Martinique , nous avons passé dexecellentes vacances. Un appartement très bien entretenu, une situation optimale dans une petite ville où il y a pas autant de tourisme que dans certaines stations ( nous on préfère le calme). Des hôtes super gentils, un accueil très chaleureux et toujours de bons conseils pour les balades, visites , un petit mot tous les jours sans envahir non plus les vacanciers. Nous recommandons avec grand plaisir cette location et si on peut nous reviendrons. Allez y les yeux fermés !!!

Residence très agréable à vivre et Proprietaire très très accueillant.

Reposant appartement très Vaste 2 grandes chambres, cuisine avec tout son matériel, WIFI du propriétaire, TV pas satellite et le tout dans un cadre ambiance ferme (poules et coqs) dans ce petit village de pécheurs, belle plage sable noir à 200m la aussi sans affluence. Cour assez grande permettant d'y mettre son véhicule ( important en Martinique ). Brasserie à 500m chez Fredo avec une superbe ambiance conviviale le WEEK END. Point négatif: résidence difficile à trouver surtout quant on arrive qu'il fait nuit après 18h car pas d'internet Public (orange) et localisation GPS Google sur site ABRITEL est non conforme, mais la aussi les propriétaires sont très efficaces. Je recommande vivement sauf l'an prochain (2018) à certaines dates car nous y retournons.
