Nice & new clean hotel to stay in small & quiet Yanbu area. Easy access to major facilities in the area. Friendly and cooperative hotel staff!

Staff is very helpful and cooperative. While location is overlooking the corniche. I will certainly come again.

No room cleaning service for 2 days, limited towels, Limited supply of tea and coffee materials. Kitchenette had no plates. Staff have little or poor English The address on Google maps is incorrect so the link from expedia takes you to the wrong location.

Great hotel found at last minute due to a change of travel plans. We stayed in the panoramic apartment which was a lovely, huge space with a separate sitting area and two bedrooms. Two minor issues: 1. The bedroom window latch and seals were broken, therefore, being right next to the sea the wind was whistling through at night. 2. The bathroom is very small and a wet room including a toilet. It’s almost impossible not to soak the entire room, including toilet roll when showing, minor, but notable. As a top-tip, note that breakfast does not include coffee, which I accidentally found out when ordering and being charged for it! Although only around 25 SAR for 2.

Did not arrange transportation from the airport despite requesting to do so. Breakfast and front desk are highly satisfactory. Dental kit, shaving kit and slippers need to be requested from reception
