Darla at the front desk and Collette, the General Manager were extremely helpful, courteous, friendly. They made check in very easy and quick. They provided a first floor for ease of access for myself, my friend and her service dog. The room is clean, beds are comfortable, there’s room to move around. It’s perfect for an overnight or even a few days.
The only complaint I have with the room is that the toilet is too low to the ground. I almost fell off the toilet when I sat down as I didn’t realize it was lower than a high rise toilet that most hotels have these days. They certainly are not handicap accessible and neither are the front doors. Trying to open the doors and push/pull the luggage carts in with luggage was very hard. Not that I’m disabled but I thought all public places had to be handicap accessible and this is certainly not. Other than that everything this evening is great.
