Our two-night experience with Elite of the Seas was nothing short of extraordinary. Having previously been on Elite of the Seas, we decided to share the experience with our family this time, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped on board, we were showered with top-notch service and hospitality reminiscent of our first experience. The crew's dedication to ensuring every guest's comfort was evident at every turn, from the impeccable dining experiences, facilities onboard and enjoyable excursions. A highlight of our journey was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by Peter, our personal butler. His attention to detail and unwavering commitment to making our time on board unforgettable truly set the tone for our entire experience. Peter went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for throughout our trip. We would also like to extend our gratitude to Nar. His genuine care for us added an extra layer of comfort and joy to our journey.

Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.

Apart from the gorgeous decor, the staff were next level type helpful.

Fabulous staff, wonderful trip. Tat was a great host, very sweet. Our butler Annie was lovely. The room was tired and really need updating however the private balcony was great! The most disappointing thing was the spa. It wasn’t accessible via the top deck bar area and you can’t see anything when sitting in the spa. Also on day 2 it was green!! Awful, we didn’t go in on day 2. Good on the buffet each meal was really good. The day trip to the village was great!
