Great check in experience. Parking was close by and secure and costed 5 euros. Very comfortable and amazing shower.

We love to stay in this hotel where we really feel at home. The staff is very kind, serviceminded and wants to give you a good experience. During summertime the swimming pool in the top floor is an additional advantage of this hotel. The massage services in the hotel are great too.

Overall a great property to stay at, the staff are impeccable with their service. The only cons (critical): noise from outside can be heard in the room, perhaps the pool could be more warm as it was too cold to get in, smaller pillows on the bed. Apart from that I’d stay again here, just next time will stay on a less noisy side.

I liked the location of where I stayed it was central and gave me an overall idea from where I could walk around Tirana to see most places.

This is an excellent hotel. We had booked a mini suite but unfortunately the room had a problem. The hotel immediately upgraded us to a full suite which was facing the garden and was superb. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious and staff were charming. Excellent hotel.
