Been 5 times love the rooms

We had a really excellent 5 day stay. Our room (3) was huge with 2 kingsize beds and a large sofa. Bathroom was also a good size. The breakfast was good with excellent friendly, prompt service. A really good location for visiting the area and not too busy. Parking was never a problem. It would have been useful to have some plug-in bed side lights rather than battery operated nightlights. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay here again. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which enhanced our stay.

Stayed for one night while walking Hadrians Wall. Everything was great. The communal areas seem to have been recently refurbished. The room was clean and comfortable.

Warm welcome upon arrival, room was clean, spacious and beds comfortable. Was a little too hot & couldn't find way to turn down radiators, but opened the window solved that. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but had a drink and the food looked very tasty.

Great place. Very clean and spacious - the room I had anyway. The food was fabulous too, tasty, wholesome and respectable portions. The staff were very helpful. Just right.
