The Royal Sonesta is a beautiful resort right on the beach! The rooms are nice, the beds so comfortable but most of all, the customer service was awesome! They take good care of the vacationers! Love the place and will be back!

This resort was absolutely amazing for my child and I. It’s has a pool, beach accessible, and there’s a restaurant for lunch and dinner. The smell that people are talking about in the reviews is from the chlorine in the pool. All you have to do is close your balcony’s door and it’s all good. The staff are amazing. Definitely will be coming back to this resort when I come back to PR.

Great relaxing experience

Great location to set up as base. Love the free breakfast, cocktail hour. These two items alone set ES apart from the rest of hotels in the area. Also really like the Cueva Del Mar restaurant. Excellent food and drinks.

Nice amenities and helpful , pleasant staff!

We LOVED our stay at El Conquistador! The views both of the property and from the property are breathtaking, Palomino Island is a must-go (especially since that's the only beach for the property), Coqui Waterpark is super fun and the pools are wonderful. The staff is very helpful, and the property is so big that, even when it's there's quite a few people there, it doesn't feel crowded. That being said, the food is hit or miss and it's very EXPENSIVE. So be prepared for that...Otherwise, it was wonderful and we'll definitely be back!
