Book Ohio River Valley hotels

The check-in area was nice and modern. However, the rooms were in an older section of the hotel. It was a long walk for someone who has problems walking. The carpet in the hallways looked Dirty and unvacuumed. Their room Smelled like a smoking room that had been cleaned. The lighting was very dim. We had to turn on all the lights to have enough light and that meant going around and turning each one on individually. The bathroom lights were Difficult to do make up in. The bathroom showed The most need for renovation. While everything was clean, the overall feel and appearance of the facility scream the need for renovation and upgrade.

The staff was absolutely amazing and so kinda. Helpful in every way. The room was spotless and the bathroom was amazing as well.

Hotel front desk staff were so amazing and friendly. Truly made our check in special and treated us really well. They deserve a raise for sure.

Roxanne at the front desk was so nice. Our flight was delayed, and we were tired. She got us a room quickly. Since our flight was late, we weren't able to get our rental car until the next day. The hotel provided free transportation to the hotel. Derrick saw us waiting outside for an Uber and took us to the rental pick-up.

Check in attendant was great. Room was clean, comfortable bed, and nice size. Really enjoyed my stay. First impression sealed the deal.
