Spacious room.clean almost like a timeshare unit in Waikiki without a Lanai..my kids loved it best one yet so far .Aloha!

Loved the buffet breakfast! Staff is amazing! Very kind and attentive to guests! I will note that 1 of the 3 rooms booked had an odd smell. They kindly sorted the situation and changed room. This location is also close to Robinson mall where the grocery store/any other shopping you need to do is located. You can easily find tricycles also there, but we instead chose to drive. We did not have an issue with parking although it spaces can be tight the security guards in the parking lot were very quick to assist! Awesome stay!

Alvin was our host for one of the units at this property. He was very responsive and attentive. The unit was very clean and tidy. We were a party of 9 and 1 child. There was a great view of the city as well. I recommend staying here.

Convenient location, accessible to all tourists spots. Accommodating staff and service crews. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Camp John Hay has a wonderful history. My hotel is one of 3 on the site. My room had a balcony that faced due east with the sun greeting me every morning at 6am ish. Best part of the day.

I liked the excellent service from the staff - especially Jon at the desk - she was very kind and helpful- the porters at the front door were also very good and extremely respectful in helping us to and from our room.
