Nice stay .... Friendly staff .... Tasty food

Property is ok but facilities are less. Menu very few options. No re recreational facilities like rain dance, some music, barbeques etc. it is a remote place hence hotel should plan some events for guests. Persons getting up early morning doesn't have e facility for tea and coffee till 8 pm or else they have to drink powder tea via tea maker.

Hotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms.

Great place to rest, central to shops, excellent bar, nice staff

The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel. This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it.
