Book Mack hotels

The hotel staff was accommodating to our early arrival, we waited about 20 minutes for our room to open up. The room was nice size and had everything we needed. I loved the dove products that were complimentary. We brought our two dogs and there was a large walking area around the hotel that was dog friendly. The hotel was in walking distance to shops and dinning options. Would stay here again.

Excellent location for restaurants and shopping. In center of town short drive to Colorado national monument. Excellent pool and gym. Room was clean and quiet. Location safe area.

This really was perfect for our needs but I was quite surprised that there are NO dishes or utensils, or coffeepot within the room. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the whole stay was there was some water damage in the bathroom and the flooring was loose. The beds, sheets, towels and pillows were clean and soft. Also, tgere was always someone available to help us woth requests. They also allowed late checkout so I could shower and not go back sweaty in the car.

We loved the handicapped room and the service here. You can tell the managers/owners do their best to please. The bed was a little hard, but OK for one night. Breakfast was a little merger. Fruit other than bananas and a Protein, like a hard-boiled egg, would be nice.
