The reception had beautiful lights crafted like art. The bar below reception was simply outstanding in terms of views. Room view facing the ocean was mesmerising with the sound of waves crashing soothingly. Staff were all simply top notch, polite, professional and never fail to say hello to you. The only little point which didn't hit the mark was the condition of rooms, definitely very livable, good heated water, superb ocean view but the outlook of room was slightly off which requires some refurbishments and much brighter lights. Other then that its worth the money. 🙂

The staff was welcoming and accommodated our needs during the entire stay. Everyone always greeted us with smiles. The grounds and the room was clean. Room was comfortable. They offer shuttle to and from the beach daily. The main restaurant has a wide selection of breakfast foods. We took a complimentary yoga class that is offered twice per week and it was great! Meditation is offered on Saturdays. Loved the ambience and location of this resort, too.

Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner.

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.
