If you're fine with sleeping 15 kilometres outside of central Horsey, check out the neighbourhood of Hoveton. This area has 2 available hotels, such as the Good Nights Inn - Kings Head Hotel and Hotel Wroxham.
You may also like to try the Wayford Bridge Inn, which you'll find 11 kilometres away. Or otherwise you might prefer The Salhouse Lodge, just a distance of 17 kilometres from Horsey. If those ones don't suit, you might prefer The Ingham Swan or the Henrys On The Prom.
But don't just limit your sightseeing to Horsey. Take an extra day or two to explore some of the amazing attractions and activities that the wider Norfolk region has to offer. Don't even think of heading home without visiting some of the region's incredible beaches, coastal plains and forests. Ruins are also worth a peek. More active travellers can also have a crack at popular pursuits like mountain biking, mountain climbing and hiking.
Don't shoot through before you've had a squiz at the Venetian Waterway Gardens and Scroby Sands Visitor Centre in Great Yarmouth. If you'd like to spend a night or two in Great Yarmouth, consider the Sunnydene and Silverstone House. Or, you could consider staying in Norwich, 25 kilometres to the southwest of Horsey, where you can choose from the Sprowston Manor Marriott Hotel & Country Club and The Maids Head Hotel. Cow Tower and the Dragon Hall are popular places to see when visiting Norwich.
Make your way 30 kilometres northwest and you'll come across Cromer, a regional centre with a population of 9,000. While you're checking out this neck of the woods, whip out your selfie stick and get your tourist on at Cromer Pier, Cromer Beach and Felbrigg Hall. Got some more time to spare? Check out what's going on at the Royal Cromer Golf Club and the Henry Blogg Museum. There are a great selection of hotels and lodgings in Cromer, with the Sea Marge Hotel and Cliftonville Hotel coming in at the top of the list.
Caught the last flight to Horsey? Absolutely beat? Then it's probably wise to find a place to stay close to the airport. The Holiday Inn Norwich North and the Mercure Norwich Hotel are short taxi rides from Norwich International Airport, 25 kilometres from the centre of town.
