Only stayed one night but frendly helpful staff.Nice clean room. Excellent location. Good car parking. Close to town centre.

Excellent hotel and location, I would recommend this hotel and if staying in Harrogate I would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Double Tree. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very welcoming to dogs which was great for us. The location is also good with a short walk to the centre of everything. We would stay again.

Great room, only downside is we would have preferred the bathroom to be en-suite but it was only the 2 of us so wasn’t too bad. I feel the junior suite was let down by the bathroom, would have expected something a little nicer, was just a basic bathroom suite. Wonderful breakfast, plenty of choice and great quality produce.

Great stay

Attentive staff on reception and at breakfast in the restaurant. I am gluten free and they were very helpful- advising what cereals were available ( Scharr in individual packets). Most cooked breakfast items gluten free and I could order toast/ sausages separately by handing a card to waiting staff with my requirements. These then arrived within a couple of minutes. Perfect location for conference centre, right next to auditorium. Car park accessible via hotel lift. We would stay again.
