Clean,friendly, nice hotel. Service is good, breakfast set is delicious also.

I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. It's ok that they couldn't find the eye mask, but they should at least give some response. This is disappointing.

The property itself is great. Building is almost weirdly pristine. The area is somewhat inconvenient. Jiayi is a rural town in the end and there is a distinct lack of sidewalks. Combined with the frantic scooter traffic and walking around with luggage can feel sketchy.

Excellent environment, modern, clean, wonderful staff and amenities. Coffee, ice cream all day, and amazing breakfast buffet.

Great location, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good value for the money.
