We loved our stay at Ducato so much! The staff was more than friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. Our yummy breakfast was served daily and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had. The only thing that would subtract a star would be the stairs but that is anywhere with a caldera view and not specific to the hotel. The staff retrieves and brings your luggage all the way to your pickup area and they even let us store our luggage after checkout until we were ready to leave Santorini. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful hotel, contact them and they will come get you when you arrive at the sea port or airport. Really nice people, close walking to windmills, water, restaurants and shopping!

Loved the hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Helped me renting a car and everything went very smooth. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Nice room, and great view.

We would like to thank Michelle from guest relations for always being helpful and arranging a cake and wine for our anniversary she is a lovely lady. Also Nana in brunch she recognised us from 2 years ago she is another lovely lady we will miss her hugs and chats. We would also like to thank Vengellis at the beach bar a lovely young man always cheerful and remembered what we had to drink. All of the staff are lovely here. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Very clean and friendly place to go. We was a little disappointed with the food this time. They have a very good choice of food but it could be a bit hotter.

The location is excellent.

This was a beautiful place to stay. The staff and service were amazing and we were able to be in the heart of Oia to take in all the sites. The stairs were steep and windy to access this villa and definitely was not wheelchair access friendly. I would recommend for a getaway!
