This was the perfect serene oasis. We celebrated our 10th anniversary at the cabin and it was an amazing location - private and peaceful, but still close enough to nearby attractions. The cabin itself was wonderful and just as advertised. The perfect place for 2 people. And the pond and yard area were better than advertised - the view was unbelievable. The cabin had everything we needed. We were only there for 2 nights so didn’t cook, but the kitchen seemed to be very well-stocked with all the necessary pots, utensils, etc. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole cabin was clean and well-appointed. We definitely hope to stay at this little slice of heaven again!

Room was so comfortable, very clean and excellent value for the price as well as a complimentary breakfast. If I come back to Barrie, I will definitely stay here again.

Check in was fast and easy. Staff friendly. Not crazy about dogs everywhere. There was dog hair in my refrigerator

Wonderful resort! Fantastic restaurant for all meals- but know they only have breakfast on sat-sun. Otherwise you have to wait until 11:30 to get weekday brunch. You will have to bring your own food for breakfast then. I did not like this for a big resort. I expected the buffet at least. As well, there was no bottled water or filtered water dispenser available to get non tap water from. They need a little shop at the main desk for light breakfast items, bottled drinks, sundries. Otherwise, beautiful area, pool was great, walked everywhere, sunsets are gorgeous as they say. Staff lovely. And gave coupons :)
