My experience at Boudl Hotel on the Marina was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the start, the staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, welcoming me with genuine smiles and a swift, smooth check-in process that really impressed me. The location of Boudl Hotel is a true standout. Situated directly on the marina, it offers stunning views of the water, boats gently bobbing in the breeze, and the distant hills that frame the picturesque setting. The peaceful atmosphere here is perfect for anyone seeking a tranquil escape from the bustle of everyday life. The rooms at Boudl Hotel are designed to maximize comfort and the scenic views. Waking up to the sight of the sunrise over the marina was a daily delight. The calm waters and gentle sounds of the marina created a soothing backdrop that enriched my stay. Overall, Boudl Hotel on the Marina combines superb service, stunning scenery, and a serene atmosphere to provide an unforgettable stay. It’s a perfect choice for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful retreat with all the comforts and conveniences of a top-tier hotel. I highly recommend it for a truly relaxing and enjoyable visit.

In the heart of Jubail City. No private parking. You have to rely on paid public parking. Very poorly trained service staff. Housekeeping was poor. They didn't provide towels. When we asked for it, there was no positive response. Usee harsh words to drive us out at around 1.00 pm though checkout was at 2.00 pm Won't come back

Amazing sea view, large space comfortable room.

A fabulous little hotel. The staff were fantastic from front desk, to restaurant, housekeeping and travel. Bedroom was a good size with a good view of the surrounding area. Bedroom challenges: The air cooling system is a tad noisy and the speed of servicing the room could be improved. Each day upon return from work (after 5pm) the room had still not been serviced which meant hanging out in the lounge when all I wanted was to rest a bit after a tiring day at work. Once alerted, the room was serviced swiftly Sahab and Abdullah were always welcoming at reception and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The Restaurant staff were truly amazing. Friendly, welcoming and efficient without being intrusive. The food was superb and we thoroughly enjoyed the various flavours and variety. Rana, our driver was brilliant. Courteous, completely reliable, timely and extremely efficient. Overall ALL the staff my colleagues and I encountered were just fantastic. This Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail, is by far the BEST I have stayed at. It certainly beats other Holiday Inn hotels hands-down. Given that this is not a chain I frequent due to several negative experiences, I would have NO HESITATION in recommending Holiday Inn & Suites, Al Jubail.
