The resort is very nice and on the ocean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had a villa with its own plunge pool but it was a very steep set of stairs to go down and up. Tough on anyone with mobility issues. Food was good. Some general notes: the place is very remote so other than resort arranged tours, you won’t be getting out. That means all meals on premises. The various structures are far enough that the resort offers buggy (golf cart) rides. Walking is fine unless it’s raining, then the paths flood and become very slippery. At the time of our stay, there was construction which went on during the day and you can hear a piercing drilling sound. Since we were out more than in, we didn’t say anything. It’s probably one of the nicest resorts on the island and there’s plans to build on another nearby island. If you go to Bintan and just want to relax at a resort, this is a good choice.

Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So impressive. Amazing spacious hotel and the pool and bathtub inside was so nice!!

From the moment we were met at the Sanchaya lounge at the ferry terminal and all through our stay, the service was like no other I have ever experienced. Every staff member went over and beyond to make sure all was good for you and always with a beautiful smile. A very special thank you to Nawa (front desk manager) who was so helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile and helped with organising trips, printing off documents and making bookings. Also to some of the other staff, Hadi (who drove us around to see places of interest on the island and even bought out cash to make sure we were not left short and we needed this on our visit to a lovely coffee farm!), Maria who gave me a perfume the day we left as I mentioned I liked it previously!, and Greg the manager who came out daily to make sure all was ok. The hotel is classy and boutique style with a fabulous 50 metre swimming pool facing the beach and the food was divine prepared by the lovely Budi who came out many times to again check all was ok! The beach nice although the tide went out a fair way and it wasn’t so easy to swim in but lovely all the same So much more we could say but in summary if you are looking for a great hotel with amazing service on a beach and need to chill, this is your place ❤️

A tranquil paradise. The ambience at kelong triakora is truly exceptional. The combination of a nice ambience, cleanliness and a genuinely serene environment made for a perfect retreat. I’m looking forward to returning someday to bask in the tranquility of this hidden paradise. Highly recommended for thise seeking a peaceful and idyllic gateway
