\nSooooo this is a big call, but Blackbird Espresso may have the best coffee in Cairns. Located on Grafton Street, a few streets back from the esplanade, the staff are crazy passionate about the science behind the magic beans, and you can see (and taste) it in their coffee. I definitely could have had five, but I didn\u2019t (my heart is thanking me). Oh, and to keep up the energy high, you should also sneak in a little banoffee donut from Duke\u2019s Doughnuts, which Blackbird also serve. To die for!<\/p>\n
