The place is Cape Tribulation<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Located a two hour drive<\/a> north of Cairns<\/a> and in the heart of the Daintree Rainforest. “Cape Trib<\/a>” as it is known to the locals, is home to some of Australia\u2019s rarest animals and oldest living plant species. There\u2019s something to see everywhere you go – cassowaries, bandicoots, frogs, turtles, electric blue butterflies, crocodiles, the list goes on and on. This place is living proof of evolution – some sections believed to be up to 130 million years old.<\/p>\n
