It\u2019s a tropical paradise filled with rainforest, beaches and (pretty much) all day perfect sunshine. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lastminute.com.au\/Fitzroy-Island-Hotels.d6136613.Travel-Guide-Hotels?brandcid=lastminute-au.display.blog.tropicalnorthqueensland-.generic\">Fitzroy Island<\/a> is a short 45 minute ferry ride from Cairns, which means a day trip is definitely on the cards!
