\nService with a smile and sincerity wins me over every time. Melbourne on Collins employ great staff who don\u2019t get annoyed when you ask for ten restaurant suggestion in the area (ahem) or order more Lanvin body cream because one bottle won\u2019t suffice two pampered princesses on a chicks getaway.<\/p>\n

But what takes the staff from good to great for me was on a recent work jaunt, when I tried to check into my room early I was alerted that it wasn\u2019t ready. No dramas for me, I had a meeting to hussle at. But on return to my room that night I was greeted with a decadent apology. Yes, a way to a girl\u2019s heart is through champers, strawberries and chocolate dipping sauce. Merci Sofitel and your impeccable French standards.<\/p>\n
