Hurrying in from the cold we are greeted by the warm red interior of the Theatre Royal in Sydney\u2019s CBD. Mr LML and I ascend the shimmering gold staircase to door five, take our seats and peer down onto the glittering stage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

 <\/p>\n\"<\/a>\n

Ghostly sounds of invisible trains whoosh by, and the suspense builds. The theatre goes black and a thunderous noise grows until a sudden red blast. From the smoke appears \u2018Yellow\u2019 \u2013 a traditional Auguste clown with exaggerated eyes and mouth, dressed in oversized red fluffy slippers and bright yellow baggy jumpsuit.<\/p>\n\"<\/a>\n

A strange series of events soon follow with \u2018Yellow\u2019 and his friends the \u2018Green clowns\u2019. Although Slava Polunin\u2019s quirky character comes across as quite playful and sincere there is a lingering feeling that there is a much darker side to this clown.<\/p>\n\"<\/a>\n\"<\/a>\n

Polunin\u2019s masterpiece is just that. Having performed it around the globe Slava\u2019s Snow Show is now on in OZ, just in time for winter. Playing for a limited time in Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra and finishing in Melbourne.<\/p>\n\"<\/a>\n

For those of you who love audience interaction, sit in the front row. Although you may get more than you bargained for, it\u2019s a snow show after all!<\/p>\n\"<\/a>\n
