Whipping up the perfect mix of cultural, active and social indulgence, she has climbed volcanoes in Bali, hiked through villages of Cinque Terre, climbed the stairs of castles in both Scotland and Czech Republic, consumed mumma loads of wine and pasta in Italy and that of Tapas in Spain, and partied under the sunsets of Ibiza and Santorini.
