The facility itself was lovely and in a great neighborhood, walking distance from everything but not touristy. The room was huge with a deck which provided city and harbor views. What made it exceptional was the staff, in particular the concierges and restaurant staff. (Thanks especially to Gary, Michael and Savian). Really everyone went out of their way to make this an exceptional stay. I have been to some of the world's great hotels but never experienced this level of service. I have already recommended it to friends.
