Unhappy hotel guest
I had an early morning flight to the airport with a transfer booked for 2.30 am , I spoke with the receptionist regarding our luggage etc , I was informed that there would be no problem as there was a 24 hour concierge to access our luggage and ample reception area . I was extremely embarrassed when approached by I can only assume, night manager to be spoken to in a most condescending and disrespectful manner !! I was questioned about my flight details and told there was a taxi rank outside !! I feel he should have been more tactful and shown customers more respect, I have never been treated in this manner in any hotel I have stayed in , i am not the type of person looking for for something to complain about , but I expect to be treated with some respect, I had a lovely three week stay in Singapore and Australia it was such a pity that I left you r country feeling disillusioned with my experience.

Loved the position and loved the Trenary Bar and Restaurant but was very very disappointed in the stains on all the chairs in the lounge area near the Trenary Bar
