Pei Modern - Modern Australian bistro A modern bistro by chef Mark Best, Pei Modern celebrates the best of Australian produce matched with an equally impressive wine list. Delicious food and friendly service. The Bar area provides more casual dining and drinks while the upstairs Dining Room is best for a longer lunch or dinner.

The Pei Modern restaurant will be under renovation from 08 January, 2017 to 31 March, 2017 (completion date subject to change). During the renovation, the restaurant will be re-created on level 2, including buffet breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, and a pop-up restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Grain Bar - Grain is a celebration of passions, produce & people. We see the fine craft of drinking as a bespoke process, one that needs a little bit of time. And time is the most expensive thing we have - so thanks for spending some at our place. Let’s break some ice.
