The staff were friendly and informative and the hotel was very luxurious but comfortable

Location is great. It is walking distance to Lau Pasat and even to Marina Bay if you dont mind walking on a hot humid day. The breakfast was excellent and one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. The helpfulness and service of the staff was topnotch, especially Zuo Xiang at reception who was very professional and very customer service oriented. Only con is the size of room and toilet which are definitely small.

There were 4 of us, two senior couples. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The night manager Darren was waiting to greet us and facilitate the check in for us. He was very kind and helpful. Our luggage arrived speedily to our rooms. The rooms were on the 33 floor and we're lovely. The next day and thereafter Alan the Bell Manager was very helpful with directions and booking transportation to our cruise ship. We were easily able to walk to the Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling and to the Big Bus which is the Hop On Hop Off bus. The Stamford Brasserie and the Skai Bar on the 70th were very good. We enjoyed the pool as well. We were so glad we chose the Swisshotel.

Wonderfully convenient to the airport and everything offered with the shopping and entertainment offered at Changi.

Clean, safe. Great shower and TV. Stay at your New York property when ever in NY.
