Shilin accommodation with spa

The front office needs to be tidy。I saw the restaurant check out desk was a mess. I was dining in one night, and they would took dishes or objects in front of me, but without asking me first, which is rude. The guys at front door area were nice but their uniform were loose and unfit, no spiritual expression. Plus , they were a little old, although this is not an important issue. The hotel check in and check out service were excellent. People were polite, efficient, and very accurate! I rate them the best! We forgot our bag in our taxi back to the hotel without any information of the driver. The staffs are so nice to help us find the taxi by camera recording and we are so lucky to have our bag back.

Amazing staff, perfect location, beautifully appointed traditional styling, excellent food. I will stay here the next time we come to Taipei.
