Book Memorial Hermann Hospital/Houston Zoo Station hotels

Our stay was good, staff was nice, the rooms were clean, the ac did not cool the room very well but that wasnt a huge deal. When we went to go down for breakfast guest were in the lobby posing and making videos in the seating area with inappropriate bits out (7 am) and the staff allowed it. Not really what i wanted my daughters to see first thing in the morning. There was also puke in the elevator and all the staff did was put a wet floor sign up. But one great thing about this hotel is they offer a free shuttle and the man that drives was friendly and very helpful.

No lavatory soap. No fridge

The room was nice but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub/shower was missing a body wash container but it was replaced at my request. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and the food and service was great!

Right in the heart of downtown!

great place to stay with kids

They didn’t have extra blankets. The bed had stains on it and some one else hair. Gross me out. They need to take their time cleaning those rooms. I had forgot my disinfectant spray. But I put a T-shirt over my pillow because of the hair and stains. My first my experience was really nice this one was not. I was very disappointed. Also I think I was over charged for the valet parking. I’ll call and check tomorrow on that!
