Please do not book this property. Repairs need to be made. Myself and my two adult daughters checked in 10/10/25 and the place looked abandoned. The drive on the street was sketchy as other reviews stated. The firepit chairs were all blown over. No one had blown leaves off the property or spiderwebs off the house. The garage game room was unusable due to the dank smell and mustiness. A tree had fallen on the porch off the master. The tree was gone but the destruction was still there. One window was broken and had no glass. The door had no glass and another window had broken glass. There were leaves all over the porch and stains on the furniture. This porch was unusable and unsafe. Inside was clean but had not been cleaned in some time. Blankets were wadded up on both sofas and both were stained. The arm of the sofa in the loft was broken. The spiral staircase was very sticky. The appliances did look fairly new. The plastic cooking utensils they had out were melted. The pans were black. I tried calling the property manager, but it was 5:00 and no answer. I messaged her and asked for other properties available. She messaged later on and asked what was wrong. I did not get the message until the next morning. I went out and bought cooking utensils and a sheet pan. The sheets seemed clean enough, just not fresh. We stayed the night since it was too late to get something else. We packed up and left the next morning. I told them everything I left in this review. No refund given.
