This was a quick layover trip. We got in late and had to get up early. The hotel has a cool/“interesting” feel. Although the check-in machines weren’t the most convenient, Ace was so friendly and welcoming, it didn’t matter. I asked LuLu at the bar for recommendations for places nearby. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful with his selections. We quickly checked out the rooftop bar/pool. It was would have been amazing to hang out there if it wasn’t so windy. But we could see how Sunday Funday up at the rooftop would have been a blast. We ran down to the Bayside (port) to check it out - very cool concept and walkable from the hotel. Ace and Lulu warmly greeted us upon our return. Although the rooms are small, they’re very cute and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially because of the amazing customer service we experienced.

The front desk staff Kevin was amazing, our 2 year old grandson had an accident in the lobby and he was quick to help provide emergency supplies and call EMS for us.. He was super polite and we would definitely stay again. All other staff members we spoke with were also friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was impeccable. Im hard to please and this hotel and staff definitely deserve a 5 star rating.
