My stay was for a graduation and it was perfect the hotel was clean and friendly the whole time. The only thing was I could not find was the microwave until the last day. The staff was excellent, clean the food was awesome, the drinks at the bar was tasty.. everything was great.

Staff is unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist. I needed to check out a day earlier for an emergency, and they “okayed” it and indicated they would mark the account appropriately. Refused to allow me time to call Expedia however to get their approval on the spot. We have since made numerous calls and emails since to confirm and zero response and they billed me for services not rendered after check out, which I now need to fight with the bank. We also arrived 10 minutes before 11 and they said they wouldn’t accommodate us for 10 more minutes unless we paid $50, even though room ready. One of the most service lacking experiences.

I specifically booked an ocean view room and specifically requested to be on the bottom level or lower levels the first room they put me in was on the 7th floor, and all we had was a street view I went back to check in/front desk and told the host that all we see is a street view (NO OCEAN) she went back and forth with me and I'm telling her she can go check it out for herself or refund me the difference in price. With sarcasm she then she gave me the option of the 15th floor or the 22nd floor so I took the 15th floor because the reservation said non refundable.

We had a great time and the room was beautiful and clean. We had an awesome view and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It was $33 for valet parking per night but in the end it was worth it because of the convenience and it rained a bit during our stay. This hotel is right next to the wyndam so it's a short walk to the Ocean walk and all the shops there. The pool was clean and the restaurant downstairs had good food you can order directly from the bar on the pool deck. The only complaint I could have from here is that the beds are a bit too soft for me, as I am a side sleeper and my hip sank in too much causing some back pain, and the pillows are over stuffed so they are very hard making a kink in your neck. Other than that the room was great and clean and nice and the air conditioner works great! :)
