A pleasant spot, very quiet and peaceful and only a very short walk to town. The room wasnt cleaned perfectly however, as lying in the bath, you could see hairs and marks on the tiles on the walls. The bed was also very small and we are not big people but our feet stuck out the end.

The Lord Byron - Byron Bay Hotels

The Lord Byron

We loved Byron Bay and the accomodaton was in a great location away from the main drag but within walking distance to the shop only a couple of minutes away, restaurants 5-10 minutes depending where you wanted to go and a less than 10 min walk to the beach. Mind you on this walk to the beach one could shop, buy breakfast, buy gifts. We found the people friendly and it is really a surf hip town. Even though we were there for Splendour only on a few occasions was there noise a the Resort after 12. Otherwise the rooms were great the pool area lovely and you can play tennis if you like or have a bbq in the outdoor area using your own food if you wish. Overall we were happy with our choice.
