What an awesome hotel! I absolutely loved every detail. The room was amazing, the staff were beyond incredible and the Jazzy vibe was to die for. I adored this hotel and will be going back for my next visit.
Close to CBD. Really nice and friendly staff that are very helpful with instructions. Pillows were really comfortable. Bed really comfy.
Lovely old worldly hotel. Great city location. Staff very friendly.
Efficient and friendly staff. The room was a good size for a family with a small kitchen included in room. Wish we stayed an extra night
Easy access to everything, the price and the rooms are spacious and very clean and most of all a very comfy bed. The only complaint we had was the guy who was in charge of parking your cars was very abrupt and made us feel very uneasy he was very rude. We stay here a lot and all the staff are always ...
Convenient location, near tram, train station, and supermarket.
Great location, nice staff, no pay tv and my phone wasn’t working.
Love the décor of the hotel, the vestibule and the bar. Room was good, but I expected it to be slightly bigger (being an executive room). The bed wasn't very comfortable
We were upgraded to a superior king room, the next up from what I booked. The only issue with this was that the king bed was actually two single beds pushed together - I know this is a very common practice but it just isn't very comfortable and defeats the purpose of having a king size bed.
