The location was excellent and convenient to all the shopping area and public transportation.

we love this places much. The location is at a train station very convenient and quiet, clean, roomy and great breakfast. We will come back and stay here again.

Enjoy the hot springs after long days of site seeing. Quiet and clean room. Walking distance to Kyoto station and bus stop close by. Ramen is served at night—included as part service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Very close to Kyoto train station. There are many choices for breakfast in the hotel, and it is very convenient to eat outside the hotel. The 7&11 store is on the first floor.

Shuttle bus from Kyoto station v convenient. Excellent check in/ out service, room had comfortable beds. Good amenities, 14th fl revolving restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Only issue was the time spent in catching elevator to 14th fl, only one available and took much longer than expected. A bit of an inconvenience to reach 14th fl restaurant, esp if you are on a tight schedule. Otherwise, service was excellent. Would stay here again on next Kyoto visit.
