Apartment was in a good condition. Quite a few restaurants on the Palmer street or walking distance near by. Staff was quite friendly and professional.

Clean and comfortable , close to pretty much everything you need , restaurants , night owl , etc and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Allure was okay. The room was sufficient and clean. Unfortunately for the location there is minimal restaurants or cafes in proximity. There used to be an array of restaurants within walking distance but now it was more like a ghost town. Townsville would seem to be struggling economically.

Would have been nice to be told a little information about the hotel up in check in rather than just here is your room key.

I really enjoy staying at the Oaks M, which is where I stay every time I visit Townsville. The price is excellent, with the facilities I like- ( kitchenette especially). I find it is in a easy walking distance to most locations in the city (Baskin Robbins) and if not walking distance, public transport ...

THE whole property is pretty good and in good condition. Very close to the gym and cinema. Also, it’s very close to all the restaurant and not far from the strand.

Beds were very comfortable. Family room was a little small but ok for a night or two.
