Texas Medical Center luxury accommodation

Came on the property with stains on my sheets for both queen beds. Talked to the front desk and got it sorted out immediately. Then the elevator broke down and they didn’t say anything about when it’d be fixed or if we’d be compensated. We luckily got compensated for one vehicle. If you build a building around an elevator, make sure they work or you have quick maintenance. Overall, it’s a decent hotel you can stay at if you just need a spot to rest.

Hotel was nice on the inside and rooms were spacious. Pool was absolutely beautiful

Very professional and clean hotel, the lobby smelled nice upon entering. Our room was very clean. We especially enjoyed the Byredo luxury shampoo and soap they offered. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable and we were able to black out our room with the curtains and enjoy crisp AC. We were able to get some cocktails from the bar in the lobby which was super convenient and parking the car was simple and felt safe ( parking was included with my booking), they also offered valet rates and daily rates. Location is nice, we were able to get to the Galleria, The Heights, and Montrose area within 15 minutes.

The pool was closed but the receptionist was so nice & gave us permission to use the sister hotel’s pool next door

So convenient to Medical Center.
