Stayed here for a 2nd time, as always great hotel, had all of the amenities that i needed like a fridge/tea making facilities in the room. Security guards were very helpful when i had an electric issue during the night. would recommend and i will be staying again

I love the tropical design, the massage tech at the pool. They could improve their service by turning on the AC available by the time guests arrive at the pier. With the extreme heat in Phi Phi it would be a huge help. The beach in front of hotel is less than desirable. Dirty and slippery at the bottom of the beach. Weird! But thats none of the staffs fault.

We’ve stayed here on two other occasions and will probably stay again. The only issue was there wasn’t any hot water for our shower. Location is great. Breakfast is good.

This hotel was perfect for my 1 night stay in Phi Phi. As we got in the they assisted with get us started with the tour to the other island including Maya Bay

Awesome accommodation in Phi Phi. Super location a minute from the harbour, brilliant when arriving on the ferry, especially with a toddler in tow. The two pools are beautiful and safe, great for kids and adult swimming. Proximity to the beach is 10/10. The staff were fantastic throughout, especially with our little boy who got so much love and attention. We enjoyed having breakfast right beside the beach. Balcony overlooking the larger pool was great and the room was super, lots of space. Mattress a little hard for my tastes, otherwise fantastic. We would love to come back and visit again.
