Best all inclusive of several I have visited in Cancun/Tulum area. Well trained friendly staff. No lines for dining, drinks or other activities. Rooms extremely well maintained and updated. Pool options great for both adults with swim up bar and entertainment and kids with slides and no pool bar. Air conditioning excellent. Cute little mammals wandering property grounds. Will go back with family

Relaxed and comfortable hotel right on Akumal beach, which a nesting beach for turtles. Unfortunately, like most of the coral reefs across the globe, the coral is being bleached and killed due to human activity. Reef safe/eco friendly sunscreen is easy to buy. Great room, good & quiet air conditioning, easy to sleep at night. Lovely staff. Excellent, inexpensive menu that you can order from via WhatsApp. All prices are in USD$ & exclude tax. F.Y.I. it's much cheaper to order food & drinks from the hotel (and you can pay with card) than from the beach bar next door where you can pay with cash only, Free filtered water in rooms. A taxi to Akumal town is extortionate so just walk to the main road/highway and hail a Collectivo. Collectivos are also the cheapest option to get to either Tulum or Playa Del Carmen.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing!! All of the staff are super helpful and the restaurants are delicious! I don’t think we had a single bad meal. While staying here, you have access to 3 other resorts as well as a shopping center that is a great place to go for souvenirs. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

One of the best resorts we’ve been to. We’re avid Sandals travellers and this was our first Secrets chain stay. Absolutely stunning property with amazing food options, premium drinks and fantastic service. Highly recommended!
