Very well maintained property. Clean and tidy rooms, looked to be newly renovated. Very quiet, little road noise in the units up the back.

It was clean, comfortable and the room we chose was very roomy. The staff gave suggestions of places to eat as their restaurant was closed during our stay.

A group of us stayed in the Oaks for a night after the recommendation of a friend who lived in Toowoomba. Quite easy to find, nice modern building. The young lady at the reception was awesome, we arrived late at night and she had such a great, positive attitude and got us to our rooms promptly with no hassle. We all really appreciated that after a big day of driving. Parking downstairs was good and secure, and the The rooms were big, super clean and well appointed with a good shower, comfortable bed and pillows. My AC in the room (433) was not the best, but that was the only small negative issue. Was a great stay, would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoed being able to walk to the shoppiing centre, choices for cafes and restaurants.
