The Cheap Frills lowest airfare on the net GUARANTEE! is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Any cheaper quotes obtained from competitors must be proven to be obtained within 24 hours of receiving lastminute.com.au’s newsletter announcing that week’s Cheap Frills lowest airfare on the net GUARANTEE!

2. Any cheaper quotes must be bookable online on another Australian website. Quotes from offline travel agencies are excluded from the price guarantee.

3. For the flight comparison, the airfare quote must be for the same carrier, the same flight numbers, cabin class, fare type, conditions, dates, times and for the same number of passengers as for the applicable price of the relevant Cheap Frills lowest airfare on the net GUARANTEE!

4. For any customer who can present a valid quote for a cheaper online fare, we will beat the price of the cheaper airfare by $10. We will also provide a lastminute.com.au experiences gift voucher to the value of $50. To receive these benefits you must book the applicable airfare with lastminute.com.au’s customer service team.

5. The promotion is open to Australians over the age of 18 and is valid from the date of publishing this notice until further written notice.

6. To notify lastminute.com.au of a claim, you must email a screenshot of the competing airfare quote (including date and time displayed in the screenshot) and the web link to the airfare page to cheapfrills@lastminute.com.au before 5pm (AEST) on the date of our newsletter and notify us that you would like to make a claim for the Cheap Frills lowest airfare on the net GUARANTEE!

7. In your claim, you must include the website on which the quoted airfare was obtained, the screenshot of the deal, the details of the relevant deal and applicable dates of the deal. Our customer service team will then verify the quote, assess it against these promotion terms and conditions and determine whether your claim is valid. If your claim is valid, we will arrange to book the same fare (subject to availability and upon payment by you) on lastminute.com.au and beat it by $10. We will do this by reimbursing to you the difference between the quoted airfares plus the further amount of $10. We will also arrange to dispatch to you a $50 experiences gift voucher for booking on lastminute.com.au.

8. Failure to provide the relevant requested information on the deal (above) will result in inability for lastminute.com.au to action the price guarantee promise of beating the fare by $10 and providing the $50 experience gift voucher.

9. The competing quote must be publicly available on the website and be inclusive of all fees, taxes and surcharges applicable in connection with the airfare booking.

10. The competing quote will not be accepted where the full price is not disclosed until after the booking (for example, mystery flights).

11. The offer is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

12. Usual terms and conditions of the flight booked on lastminute.com.au still apply (including current terms and conditions of the applicable airfare including fare rules, travel dates and all existing fees and charges).
