Byron Bay offers the quintessential Australian experience. A must do for tourists and locals alike, this Northern NSW gem has a little bit of everything – and we love it. Enjoy long, sun-soaked days on seemingly endless white sand beaches, browse gorgeous boutiques, grab a beer at the famous Beach Hotel or an espresso martini at The Balcony bar, or settle back for some seriously eclectic people watching. But be warned – Byron isn't just addictive, it's bewitching...

A year ago, us silly Sydney-siders had never heard of Daylesford, but thanks to that advertising campaign, it's now top of our must do lists for 2010. Victoria's spa mecca, Daylesford offers the ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation – but it's also the ideal setting for some serious indulgence. Home to some of Victoria's best restaurants, the town's chefs share a "paddock to plate" mentality that ensures local, seasonal delights at every sitting. Washed down with a glass (or a bottle) of some incredible local cab sauv, it doesn't get much better.

When it comes to amazing food, amazing wine and amazing scenery, there’s no place like Margaret River. Just three and a half hour’s drive from Perth, this laid back surfie town has morphed into a serious gourmet destination, home to some of Australia’s best chefs and over 60 wineries. In fact, although Margaret River wineries produce less than 1% of Aussie wine, they account for 15% of our premium wine. Cheers to that!
