Overview
The Safari Inn is a historical Burbank hotel. The hotel has been included in many full feature films and is known for it's beautiful neon sign. The hotel was completely renovated in 1999 and brought back to it's original glory. This retro style hotel sends it's guests back to a more exciting era. The Safari Inn has fifty-five rooms and suites. All of our suites have full kitchens. Olive's Bistro & Lounge is the perfect place to grab a bite. This fine eatery boasts a unique menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner in a warm cafe setting or come here to relax and try one of our famous martinis!
Guests can take in a swim in our outdoor swimming pool and sunbathe on the deck or go for a workout in our fitness facility. Whether traveling for a day, a week or a month, you will appreciate the added convenience of our guest laundry facilities, same day valet laundry services and in-room iron and board.
Every guest at the Safari Inn should feel welcome including your family pets. Just let us know at time of reservation that you will be bringing your pet. A deposit (USD$200 cash or credit card returned in full if no damages have occurred) will be taken at checkin and guests bringing pets will be required to agree and sign the hotels Pet Deposit & Agreement.
The Safari Inn offers a convenient complimentary shuttle service to and from Burbank, Glendale, and Pasadena Airports.

The Safari Inn offers an elegantly appointed meeting room that can accommodate up to 35 guests. This versatile 500 square foot room features two large picture windows allowing for natural light when desired. Catering for meetings and events is provided by Olive's Bistro & Lounge.
Getting There
DIRECTIONS:
Burbank, California is located 12 miles east of Los Angeles at the end of the San Fernando Valley. Situated in Los Angeles County, it is on the northern city limits of Los Angeles between Thousand Oaks and Pasadena along Highway 134 and Interstate 5.
FROM THE 5 NORTH:
Exit Olive Avenue Westbound. Turn right on Orange Grove. Turn right on First Avenue. Turn right on Olive Avenue. We are one mile on the right side.
FROM THE 5 SOUTH:
Exit Beuna Vista. Turn left on San Fernando. Turn right on Buena Vista. Turn left on Olive Avenue. We are five blocks down on the left side.
FROM THE 134 EAST:
Exit Beuna Vista. Turn right on Bob Hope Drive. Turn left on Buena Vista. Turn right on Olive Avenue. We are five blocks down on the left side.
FROM THE 134 WEST:
Exit Buena Vista. Turn right on Olive Avenue. We are five blocks down on the left side.
FROM BURBANK, GLENDALE, PASEDENA AIRPORT:
Exit straight out of airport onto Thornton. Turn right onto Buena Vista. Turn left onto Olive Avenue. We are five blocks down on the left side.
FROM LOS ANGELES AIRPORT:
Take the 405 North Freeway to the 101 South Freeway to the 134 East Freeway and exit Hollywood Way and turn left. Turn right on Alameda. Turn left on Olive Avenue. We are on the left hand side at 1911 W. Olive Avenue.
