Our Mediterranean styles fully furnished town homes have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, and are equipped with towels, linens, their own washer and dryer, big kitchen, patio, balcony and much more.
We do not offer a daily maid service you can however request one for an additional fee.

Getting There
Directions from Orlando Intl. Airport to Hapimag Orlando - Lake Berkley
From the airport, take south exit. Drive 4.7 miles turn right onto the Greenway (417) south direction Tampa (toll applies). After driving a total 11.2 miles, take exit #10 onto John Young Parkway South (toll applies).
Drive south on John Young to US Highway 192 (also called Vine Street). Mileage total should be 14.4 miles. Turn right onto US-192 and go west until you see Wal-Mart (open 24 hours) and just before Medieval Times (gray castle) on your left, mileage total should be 19.4 miles.
Between the Wal-Mart and the castle turn left onto Oren Brown Road (no stop light, just turning lane). After about 0.5 miles turn left onto North Roma Way. Total distance of your trip should be 19.9 miles. Follow all the way to the end and pass through security of the Lake Berkley community. The Resort is a gated community. The security guard has your name and will let you pass through. Go to the stop sign and turn right to the Hapimag Resort Club House for check-in.
Directions from I-75 to Lake Berkley Resort
Take I-75 south to I-4 east towards Daytona and Orlando. Take exit 64A to Kissimmee onto US 192 east. Follow US 192 until you see Medieval Times (gray castle) and Wal-Mart on your right. Turn right onto Oren Brown Road after about � mile turn left onto N Roma Way (second left). Follow all the way to the end, on your right you see Lake Berkley Resort. The Resort is inside a gated community. The security guard has your name and will let you pass through. Go to the stop sign and turn right to the Hapimag Resort Club House for check-in.
Directions from I-95 to Hapimag Lake Berkley Resort
Coming from I-95 south, go to Interstate 4 (Orlando/Tampa). Take exit 68, SR-535 south towards Kissimmee, turn left onto US Highway 192. Follow US-192 east until you see Medieval Times (gray castle) and a Super Wal-Mart on your right. Turn right between the two buildings onto Oren Brown Road. After about � mile turn left onto N Roma Way and follow the road to the end. The Resort is inside a gated community. The security guard has your name and will let you pass through. Go to the stop sign and turn right to the Hapimag Resort Club House for check-in.
If the Clubhouse is closed, there will be instructions at the door how to get your keys out of the DigiSafe (beige key safe), which will be on the wall to your right-hand side.
