The Lower East Side Suite is a beautiful, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the most dynamic part of Manhattan - the East Village - the best place to eat out, see live entertainment, enjoy numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants, see local attractions and enjoy the real New York. The apartment is comfortable and modern with beautiful renovation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS FOR PICKING UP YOUR KEYS FOR THE APARTMENT:
Please note: All guests need to pick up keys for your apartment at the key collection point.
Address: 330 West 38th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenue), Room 1403.
Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.
If guests have any delays they should call to our New York Manager 1 862 591 8566 Daria.

Please put exact arrival time on your booking in the COMMENTS field, specifically ETA, arrival airport & flight number. If you are running late, please call Marina Daria to advise us of your arrival time. Please note that this is a vacation apartment and not a hotel, therefore there is no front desk, that is why we need to know your arrival details.

New York City Occupancy Taxes of US$5.50 per room per night or US$9.50 per suite per night is INCLUDED in the advertised rate.

An additional 14.75% for NY hotel and occupancy tax and service and processing fees is INCLUDED in the advertised rate.

Getting There
The Lower East Side Suite A is located on a quiet block right in the middle the eastern side of Greenwich Village on the corner of Eldridge St. and Forsyth St., just couple blocks from famous St Marks place - one of New York's most dynamic neighbourhoods with a huge number of cafes, restaurants and bars.

There are several subway lines available around the apartment - F train at East Broadway stop, which is located on Rutgers street in two blocks away from your house; B, D trains at Grand street stop go to Midtown along 6th Ave and to anywhere in Brooklyn, you can take this train to Empire State Building, the stop located on the corner of Grand street and Chrystie street, in 4 blocks away from your house.
