Overview
The East Village Suite D is a beautiful, one bedroom, 2 room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people in the most dynamic part of Manhattan, the East Village. The best place to eat out, see live entertainment, enjoy numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants, see local attractions and enjoy the real New York. The apartment is comfortable and modern with beautiful renovation.

The East Village Suite D and the other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible. The apartment is not perfect yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water - it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it's the little things like this that start to make a difference. The apartment has a beautiful bedroom with good closet space and a queen size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The apartment also comes with free high speed Internet access. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. Kitchen also has a table with chairs. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS FOR PICKING UP YOUR KEYS FOR THE APARTMENT:
Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.

Please note: All guests need to pick up keys for your apartment at the key collection point.
Address: 330 West 38th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenue), Room 1403.
Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.

Getting There
There are several subway lines available around the apartment J, M, Z trains (brown line) go to Brooklyn and anywhere in Manhattan, F train (orange line) also goes to Brooklyn and Manhattan mostly through 6th Avenue. You can take either train to get to Empire State Building and Midtown.
