Midtown Central Park Suite is a comfortable, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the very centre of Manhattan , located in Midtown Manhattan and just a several blocks away from the Central park and the Museum of Modern Art. The apartment is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities necessary for a great stay in New York. The location is absolutely amazing! If you want to stay in New York and live like a New Yorker and not like a tourist, this apartment is for you. This is one of the best neighbourhoods to fully experience New York.

The Midtown Central Park Suite and our other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible , we are almost there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water - it costs a little more but we think it is worth it. We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it’s the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a green traveller.

The apartment has 2 cosy, good sized bedrooms with great closet space and queen size beds. There is also a night stand in each bedroom. Master bedroom has an armchair and bar table with chairs. This bedroom also has an amazing view of the street and the Queensboro Bridge , one of the beautiful New York bridges built in 1909. You will actually be able to watch NY Marathon from your window! The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The living room also has a closet. The apartment also comes with free high-speed Internet access. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, all the pots and pans and cutlery that you will need to cook your own meals. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

This apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator.

Please note: All guests need to pick up keys for your apartment at the key collection point.
Address: 330 West 38th Street (between 8th and 9th Avenue), Room 1403.
Guests must collect the keys and fill out security deposit documents in our office to obtain entry to their apartment. The key collection point is centrally located. It is right by Port Authority bus terminal. If guests take an airport shuttle they will arrive there and it's a 2 minute walk to the office of the key collection point.
If guests have any delays they should call to our New York Manager 1 862 591 8566 Daria.

Please put exact arrival time on your booking in the COMMENTS field, specifically ETA, arrival airport & flight number. If you are running late, please call Marina Daria to advise us of your arrival time. Please note that this is a vacation apartment and not a hotel, therefore there is no front desk, that is why we need to know your arrival details.

Getting There
The Port Authority bus terminal is about 20 minutes by foot from the apartment you can catch a bus from the airport right there at any time. You will probably prefer to catch one of New York’s inexpensive yellow cabs from the bus terminal to the apartment if you have a lot of bags. The ride should cost you about $5-10 depending on traffic. So basically, you do not need a metro card when staying at this location - just walk, enjoy the weather, views and shopping.

The apartment is conveniently located by several different subway lines - N, R, W, 4, 5, 6, E, V, 6 - all going to different places in the city, so you will have the easiest commute from there to anywhere! You can enter the subway at 60th Street and Lexington Avenue (for N, R, W trains), at 59th Street and Lexington (for 4, 5, 6 trains going along the East Side), and at 53rd Street and 3rd Avenue (for E, V, 6 trains). The entrance to subway on 53rd Street is one of the most beautiful ones in the city and it even has a waterfall!
