Riverside House offers modern and comfortable accommodation just 10 minutes walk from the centre of the historic market town of Cirencester, also known as ‘The Capital of the Cotswolds', there are excellent road links and easy access to the M4/M5 and the many local attractions. Situated at the headquarters of The Colt Car Company Limited, official distributor for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, the hotel is independently managed and is a wonderful inexpensive base from which to discover The Cotswolds.

Riverside House offers a warm and relaxed environment with a fully licensed restaurant and bar. There are 24 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, colour TV, direct dial telephone, trouser press and tea & coffee making facilities. Internet access is available by prior arrangement. Riverside House caters for the needs of walkers and cyclists and has been approved by VisitBritain.

The bar is open from 5.30 pm Monday - Thursday where you can enjoy a relaxing drink before dining in the comfortable 60-seat restaurant. The chefs provide menus of an exceptionally high standard with an extensive choice to tempt a variety of taste buds! Using the best local produce and only the freshest of ingredients, the chefs provide a superb variety of home style cuisine. From delicious light snacks to a full three course evening meal the choice is yours.

Riverside House is just a stroll from the Roman Market town of Cirencester, with its ancient church and cobbled side streets. Within a 10 minute walk from Riverside House, you will find the Corinium Museum, telling the history of our Roman town of Cirencester, the New Brewery Arts boasting arts and crafts galore, Cirencester Park and the Roman Amphitheatre.

From M4 / Swindon -
A419 to Cirencester. Left at roundabout (Cirencester by-pass) signs for Stroud / Chippenham. Next roundabout, take 3rd exit (pass KwikFit, sign Watermoor). Turn right after ATS Exhausts, bear left at bottom.

From M5 / Gloucester -
Junction 11A follow A417 to Cirencester.
At roundabout take 3rd exit A429
Next roundabout turn left onto A419 (Swindon /M4)
Right at next roundabout (Stroud / Chippenham)
Next roundabout, take 3rd exit (pass KwikFit, sign Watermoor). Turn right after ATS Exhausts, bear left at bottom.
